HR Departments

Our services for HR departments fall into three general areas.

We can provide coaching on the development of a special project, for instance how to effectively survey staff, or how to conduct internal workshops. We consult with HR staff to define the desired outcomes, plan the process and analyse the results. 

We can also provide more general professional development. This service is of particular appeal to organisations whose HR departments are too small or too busy to independently update their skills and knowledge. Working across key areas including policies, processes and systems, the performance management cycle, and organisational development and strategy, we help build internal HR capability and self-sufficiency.

And we provide consulting services on specific HR functions, for instance designing performance review systems, including piloting the program, developing training modules for staff and helping them implement it and assess its efficacy.

For smaller organisations, whose HR departments are tiny (or, indeed, non-existent) we can provide a package tailored to specific needs. This can be as broad as an audit of all aspects of HR — including recruiting, remuneration, performance management, restructures and engagement — or tightly focused on specific identified problem areas.
