Teams
A team that is working well is far stronger than the sum of its parts. But a team which has no articulated, agreed goals or directions, a team riven by internal strife and lacking effective decision-making abilities is a liability to the whole business. Fortunately, even the most disgruntled or alienated teams can be brought back on track with the right techniques.
In building high-performance teams we will work with you to diagnose the issues and identify necessary actions, then support the team in delivering the agreed goals. The first step is to identify the team’s output goals of the team and to clarify the roles of its members. Clarity of understanding and agreement about this is essential for success.
Preparatory work with the relevant team or teams to analyse the problems can draw on a variety of techniques, including structured interviews, surveys, questionnaires, 360° feedback, personality profiles and competency needs analysis. The next step is typically team workshops, which can be run using various models. Further skill development programs and one-on-one coaching for team leaders is offered if needed.
The result is a unified team, re-focused on the business at hand.
